Kari Alstad
Kari Kristina Alstad is an accomplished certified paralegal with valuable expertise in commercial real estate, litigation, legal research and investigation, legal and business administration, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Ms. Alstad has a strong legal background that includes managing, analyzing, researching, and resolving complex legal issues. Her litigation experience includes assisting with settlement negotiations, coordinating subpoena and document requests, and assisting with the production of documents in discovery. She has substantial experience as a paralegal assisting in corporate compliance, commercial real estate and related litigation, and loan defaults and work-outs.
Ms. Alstad has a proven ability to streamline operations while working under tight deadlines. She has outstanding communications skills, including maintaining a good rapport with state regulators, other attorneys, and high-level business management.
